I extend a warm welcome to all colleagues for the upcoming 2024 KPS Annual Prostate International Meeting. The 33rd regular academic meeting, scheduled for March 8th to 9th, holds particular significance as it transforms into an international academic gathering this year. This platform has been designed to foster dynamic exchanges with domestic experts by assembling world-renowned professionals to delve into the latest developments in the field of prostate disease.

We are fortunate to have the opportunity to listen to a lecture on the latest knowledge in BPH treatment by Professor GRAVAS, Secretary General of SIU. We are privileged to have Professor Behfar EHDAIE from the Department of Urology and Professor Daniel DANILA from the Department of Medical Oncology at MSKCC, which is a leading hospital for the treatment of prostate cancer. Their presence will provide a valuable opportunity to share insights and experiences at the forefront of prostate cancer treatment. Additionally, Professor Nathan LAWRENTSCHUK, a leading authority in the clinical application of PSMA, will contribute his extensive knowledge in diagnosis and treatment, supporting members in implementing PSMA clinically.

Furthermore, the meeting will feature Professor Rafael SANCHEZ-SALAS, acknowledged with a Spotlight for his lecture at ESMO 2023 titled "Ideal Patient for Focal Therapy for Prostate Cancer." His presentation promises to offer a wealth of information on focal therapy.
